MORNING: Mon-Fri 5:30-6:30 AM at Mike Neely Park (Across from YMCA on Dawn St)
NIGHT: Tue & Thu 7- 8 PM *THIS WEEK* at McKinney Park next to the playground
Please see the "about" section for days, times, and locations!! If you want to sign up, just show up about 15 minutes early, if possible, to fill out paperwork. You will also have the opportunity to take a before pic and weigh in, totally optional.
We are not personal trainers, but are just a few girls who want to get in shape! No membership fees! Free to join and will always be FREE! It's all about getting healthy in Odessa, Tx! Free Workouts... Free Boot Camp, say what?... There is absolutely no commitment to buy or try anything. We honestly just want to get healthy and be held accountable to changing our lives!
Type of Workout to Expect: Walking/Jogging backward and forward, lunges, crunches, push ups, cardio, dancing... you name it, we'll do it!
Everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace and check with their physician to make sure they are medically able to work out.
